How it works
- Step 1
Strip & blast
Old coatings, rust and grime come off so the powder bonds to clean metal.
- Step 2
Prep & mask
Parts are cleaned, and threads, bores and mating surfaces are masked off.
- Step 3
Coat
Dry powder is sprayed on electrostatically, wrapping evenly around edges and corners.
- Step 4
Cure
The part is baked in our oven, where the powder flows out and hardens into a tough finish.
